A few answers to help customers finish their first gang sheet with confidence.
What artwork format should I upload?
Transparent PNG artwork is recommended for DTF. JPG and WEBP also work, and you can use Remove Background to try AI removal (needs internet) or carefully remove a solid-color background offline. Always review the transparent preview before applying.
Can I print several copies of the same design?
Yes. Select a design and click Duplicate to place one copy in a free gap. Or click Fill Empty Space With Copies to automatically use the remaining room. Smart Arrange packs mixed-size designs without overlaps.
Does uploading make a low-resolution design sharper?
No. The builder positions artwork at print dimensions but cannot create missing detail in a blurry file. Check the resolution notice after choosing a design.
Can I pay online right now?
For pickup, use secure Stripe checkout; 10.4% Tukwila sales tax is added to the subtotal. Shipping is quoted separately. Card payments stay in test mode until the store enables live Stripe checkout.
Can I choose pickup or shipping?
Yes, you can specify your preference with the order request. Pickup details and shipping costs must be confirmed by Custom Creations before payment.
